How much does it cost to rent a rug for staging?
Each rug shows its price on the site. For staging you pay the first month, with cleaning included, then a lower monthly rate from the second month. Three or more rugs get a volume discount, and stagers who rent often can ask for trade rates.
How long can I keep the rugs?
As long as the listing needs. Rentals continue month to month until you tell us to pick them up.
Do you work with stagers and realtors?
Yes. Stagers, realtors and designers rent from us across Chicago, Evanston and the North Shore. Ask about trade rates and standing orders for regular listings.
What sizes do I need for staging?
Most living rooms take an 8x10 or 9x12 so the front legs of the sofa and chairs sit on the rug. Dining rooms take an 8x10 or larger so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out. Bedrooms take an 8x10 under a queen or king bed.
Can the buyer or seller buy the rug?
Yes. Half of the rent paid counts toward buying the rug, up to half its price, during the rental or within 14 days after it comes back.
