Rent by the week for a short run, or by the month for a long one. Monthly rentals drop to a lower rate from the second month.
Load-in and strike
We deliver for load-in and pick up after the show closes, within 30 miles of Evanston or Chicago.

Questions
Can the designer see rugs in person?
Yes. Designers and props staff can visit either showroom to pull rugs, or send the look and the floor size and get photos and one all-in price within the hour.
Will a rug slip on a stage floor?
Not on a premium rug pad, custom cut to the rug. On painted stage floors we can tape the pad edges down with gaffer tape that comes off cleanly.
Is cleaning included?
Yes. Every rental price includes professional cleaning after the rug comes back, so normal wear during the run is covered.
Can the theater buy a rug it rented?
Yes. Half of the rent paid counts toward buying that rug, up to half its price, during the rental or within 14 days after it comes back.
